Online Registrations
Online registrations open on 15th January 2012 through to 15th February 2012.
Anyone playing for SHSC in 2012 can register and pay online. However, all new players will need to attend registration days for ID verification. If in doubt, please contact the Club Registrar.
There are three ways to register for the 2012 season:

Using FFA No & Password supplied, register and pay online using link below.
Mastercard or Visa accepted only. Print the invoice for your records.

Using FFA No & Password supplied, register online using link below & pay at the registration days.
Complete your onlie registration and request an invoice instead of making payment.
Print the invoice and bring it to the registration days and pay using Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash or cheque.

Register and pay at the Club on registration days
We will accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash or cheque
Registrations will not be deemed valid until payment has been made in full.
Fees must be paid in full before players can attend grading, training or trial games. No player is covered by insurance until they are registered.

What you will need
In all instances you will need your FFA number and password; these are included on the registration letter mailed to all players from 2011.
If you haven’t received one, you can contact the Club Registrar or just follow the steps in this link:

Enter first name, surname and DOB to obtain your FFA number and password (this will be emailed to the address you supply as long as it matches what FFA has on file for you)

Student Discounts
Student discounts are available (over 18 only), please ensure you select the correct payment package ie. U21 Student, W21 Student, MAL student or WAL student as the discount has been applied on these packages.
Buying Uniforms Online
Uniforms, jerseys, shorts or socks are also available (select from add-ons in package) and include in on-line payment (print invoice and present to collect merchandise), or select and include on invoice to pay at Club.
Dates for collection of merchandise will be published on the website however; we anticipate the equipment officers will be available on the advertised registration dates.
Youth Club Fee
Please remember to click the YC fee (add-on in package). All players over 18 are to hold their own Club Membership. Children under 18 are included on one fee as a family. The add-on only has to be selected for one player but it is imperative that all family members are registered at the same time.
How To Include The Add-Ons
- Login and start the registration process
- At the payment confirmation screen click on “Purchase Additional Items”
- Select the relevant uniform item/s and/or YC fee
- Return to the payment confirmation screen for an adjusted total
- Complete your payment
Late Registrations
You will be able to register on-line (or in person by appointment only) after the 15 February but these registrations will incur a late fee.
These packages will be made available on-line as of 16 February.
Refunds
Any players withdrawing from a team after team sheets have been submitted to the SSFA (22nd February) will forfeit 50% of their registration fee plus all SSFA fees.
